What would the show be with the music?
If you know the artist and love there music you’re going to go buy the album no matter what they look like.
I think that’s how David Bowie was able to sell so many albums.. No one had to look at him.

But the show is a completely different character. There is a theatrics to the show. If a jester show up to entertain the King and Queen not dressed in his proper attire, I don’t think they be cool with that. “sorry your highness I for got me outfit.” There is a theatric to it.

If you where to go to a Play, and that play is suppose to be set in the 1930’s, and someone show up in there Nike Air’s.. it’s going to have the right feel? Theatrics‘..

Gene Simmons said “no one want to watch a bunch of guys that just show up in there street close and play music.” and I would agree with.

Yes! This is my opinion. But these are just a couple of common sense fact to back my opinion. If you want to show up in your street close to do that show, Power to you. I not going to tell you you’re an idiot for doing so. The guys with the “gimmick” just may have a little bit of a memorable show..

Set me you with a case of Glow In The Dark Bass Strings!

The current incarnation of the Misfits may not be able to afford the postage on the endorsement request.

@Miss Jane – They are pretty, and I considered a portable blacklight for just such a thing. I’m sure it could be rigged up.

I’m thinking a Tron tie-in may work as well.

But…they’re pretty. At least they aren’t the standard pale greenish, Frankenstein color reserved for most glow-in-the-dark stuff.
