Fountain Square Music This Weekend

Radio Radio has a full weekend - tonight, they bring in Slothpop, Union Tree Review, and Grandkids for your dreamy indie rock pleasure. Tomorrow, you can go a little rootsier and louder with Heartless Bastards, Hacienda, and Devin Therriault.

The White Rabbit Cabaret gets all rockabilly tonight with Art Adams and Davey Jay Sparrow and His Well-Known Famous Drovers. Tomorrow, take in Mark Alexander & The Good Shame, Peter Terry & The City Profits, and The Dapper.

Indy's Jukebox stays loud with Freemason, Off Balance, Court St. Scrappers, and The Gestalts tonight. Tomorrow, enjoy The New Finland Radicals, Hanger Head, Maravich, and King Deuce.

Fountain Square Music This Weekend

Gah, too busy this week. Trying to keep up with a sub gig, FAWM.org, and two custom-publication books leaves me a little drained. Such is life. Here's what's going on with music in my neighborhood this weekend:

Radio Radio presents the album release for Everything, Now! tonight, with America Owns the Moon, Learner Dancer, and Vacation Club. This show is free, please act accordingly.

White Rabbit Cabaret hosts Cheyenne Marie Mize and Andrew Combs tonight.

Tonight, Indy's Jukebox gets all loud and weird with Dead Man's Grill, Apostle of Solitude, Dead Man's Switch, Pragmatic, and Mr. Clit and the Pink Cigarettes. Tomorrow, you can take in Solumun Grundy. Note the spelling, people.

At the Hoosier Dome, you can see Junior Battles, It's All Happening, and Wringer tonight. Tomorrow, list to Nick Vampire's Birthday Show with Brooklyn Vampire and Mr. Clit and The Pink Cigarettes.

It's Swing Night at the Fountain Square Theater tonight with the Indianapolis Jazz Orchestra. And there's always live jazz and lounge music at Maria's Pizza and the Brass Ring all weekend long.

Fountain Square Music This Weekend

Radio Radio presents a big weekend, kicking off with Clemency, Neon Love Life, and The Bonesetters for tonight's First Friday events. Tomorrow, Bigger Than Elvis returns along with PK and the Big Stir.

Indy's Jukebox puts on a big loud show tonight with Photian Schism, The Midnight Ghost Train, The B-Movie Monsters, Coffinsville, and Dead Man's Switch. Tomorrow gets a little punkier with Made Alive, The Guilford Blackouts, and Dastard Lee.

Three big shows at the Hoosier Dome this weekend - tonight features Atrocities, Sonofabitch, We Must Dismantle All This!, PissArtist, Crude Prunes, Tainted Wisdom, Iafrate, and Smegmaloids. I think that means each band gets a 10-minute set or something. Tomorrow, take in the much more reasonable numbers of The Years To Come, Against the Ropes, Up 2-11, and The Savage Life. Finally, Sunday brings 'round Living and Wrestling, Atlas, Pessoa, and Marital Roles.

White Rabbit Cabaret hosts Funkyard's X-mas rock show tomorrow night with Modoc, Kansas Bible Company, and Hero Jr.

Indy's Jukebox has Biorhythm, Last Nail In, First Degree Martyr, And Hell Shall Follow, and Cosmic Laughter tonight.

The Hoosier Dome skanks out tonight with ska favorites Pinstripes, Lockstep, and Crosstown Collision. Tomorrow, there's a huge bill featuring Decoder, Us From Outside, In Other Words, Ironsides, A Stylish Horror, We Came From Nowhere, and I Will Define.
