The LCD screen on my cell phone and my 6 year old DVD player both broke. (Cheaper to get a new ones than to fix the broken ones.) I never realized that a DVD player was a necessity until I had a 2 year old. And apparently my DVD player was part of a class action lawsuit against Sony, but I missed the deadline to file a claim by 5 months! DOH!
